Hi all. Apologies, somehow I failed to make it clear that the Beta rules for out game are already available for all of you download and read, and of course comment and offer thoughts on, right now!
You can download the Beta version of the rules by joining the beta group here:

where you will find them in the FILES section
Or here: https://www.deadearth.co.uk/product/pirates-of-the-dread-sea-beta-test-rules-pdf/ if you don't use Facbooke or would rather not join the group.
You'll also find separate files with all of the cards needed to play the game printable too.
We can't wait to hear your feedback on them!

Ahoy me hearties! Today we got over the 50% mark and that's great! We're JUST ABOUT on track to hit target. Of course if you want me to start talking about stretch goals, I might need you to talk that friend into getting in too, or maybe adding one of our super-cool game mats to your pledge? Tell you what, how about I write a few new scenarios to go specially with the game mat? Sound good? Let me know!
Otherwise, please keep doing what you're doing - sharing and talking. We've been featured on a few of the news sites today like Tabletopgamingnetwork and BOLS - if you see those posts it would be great if you could comment saying why you like the project.
Anyway, that's all for now. I'm going to try to add some video stuff over the weekend - let me know if there's anything in particular you'd like me to cover.

Day one! 38% funded!

Arrr mateys! Welcome aboard those that have joined us since the first update, we are very happy to have you here!
Since launching a little more than 24 hours ago our project is currently sitting at around 38% funded. That's great! It's a wonderful start and I'm over the moon.
Can i ask a favour though? On out main project page are icons that very quickly allow you yo share our project on Facebook, Twitter, or to copy a quick link to use anywhere else.
I'd love it if all of you used one of those links! Just think where we could be tomorrow - nearly funded and headed towards being able to make more miniatures!
